Information on the treatment of personal data (art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003)

Midiplast s.r.l in the quality of data controller of your personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree no. 30 June 2003. 196 ('the Code regarding the protection of personal data'), hereinafter 'Privacy Code', hereby informs you that the above-mentioned legislation provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data and that such treatment will be based on principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
Your personal data will be treated in accordance with the legal provisions of the above mentioned law and the privacy obligations required.

Your personal data may also, subject to your consent, be used for the following finalities:
• Customer Management;
• Sending of commercial information by e-mail or sms.;
• If necessary, for satisfy market researchs, statistics and promotional activities also for the delivery of advertising and promotional material;

Legislative Decree No.196/2003: Article 7 - Right of access to personal data and other rights

1. subjects have the right to get the confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
2. subjects have the right to obtain the indication of:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the finalities and methods of treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of treatment made with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identity of the data controller, data processors and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them
as designated representative in the State, managers or agents.
3. subjects have the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary according to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in points a) and b) have been brought to knowledge, as also related to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or distributed, except in the case where this proves to be impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. subjects have the right to oppose, in all or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons lie to the processing of personal data concerning him, pertinent for collection purposes;
b) the treatment of personal data concerning him for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for the performance of market research or commercial communication.
